One of the benefits of practicing yoga is the growing awareness one develops of the body and the mind.   • Learning tools to help you let go of negative emotional baggage you have been carrying. Teach yourself to deal with your life in a realistic and positive manner.

  • Tools to help resolve feelings from the past. Now you can face the present with a less obstructed view.

  • A means to give yourself permission to grow, to change, to take risks, to rise up, and to create a better life for yourself.

  • A way to recognize your rights and affirming your claim on them, giving you an equitable chance of achieving your fullest potential.

  • Success prophecies that, when visualized, imagined, or believed in, do come true.

    A positive affirmation can lift your SPIRIT and help you achieve your goals.
